NOVA GROUPS
Nova Groups have one, simple purpose: to bring people together in community. Doing life through community is part of our God-given design, that is why Nova groups are important for us here. As Nova Church grows in size, our Nova groups allow us to “stay small” and connected.
Our Nova Groups will be “free market”, which means whatever you love and are already doing in your life are the things that can make a great small group.
We offer three Small Group semesters (Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall) for clear, easy places to start and stop. Our current semester starts February 10th but you can jump in any time.

GROWTH TRACK
Growth Track is the way to get planted at Nova Church, get to know our story, hear clear vision from our Lead Pastor, discover the unique gifts and personality within you, and start making a difference on the Serve Teams.
The Growth Track guides you to discover your purpose and live the life God created for you. Nova’s Growth Track is made up of two steps that equip you to connect to the church, discover your purposeful design, develop your personal leadership, and use the God-given gifts to influence the lives of others.
stepONE of the Growth Track happens every first and third Sunday after each of our services. stepTWO happens every second and fourth Sunday after each of our services.
Light snacks and childcare are provided.
Each Growth Track step typically is 45-60 minutes.
stepONE: Know US
Get to know Nova, hear our story and vision from our Lead Pastor, and find out how to get planted in our church.
You will also dive into details of your gifting and personality and see how your unique design reveals your purpose in life and your fit for ministry.
stepONE takes place the first and third Sunday of every month.
stepTWO: The Next Step
You will learn more about your personal leadership and see where it can be a fit in our various areas of our Serve team here at Nova.

SERVE TEAM
The Serve Team is a group of people that have gone through our Growth Track and have taken the next step to use their talents and gifts to make a difference by actively serving here at Nova Church.
From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation by serving on a Kids Team, to playing an instrument on our Worship Team, to loving and serving our city on our Outreach Team – we are here to lead by serving continually.
